Grilled Portabella Zucchini Wraps

Ingredients
* Portabella Mushrooms, 100 grams * Zucchini, baby, .25 medium ) * Onions, raw, 1 small * *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp * Pepper, black, 1 dash * *Whole Wheat Tortilla, 1 serving * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slice, thin/small *Cheese - Sargento, Colby-Jack, Reduced Sodium (1slice), 1 serving
Directions
Slice 1/2 of a lage portabella mushroom into strips
Cut zucchini into half moon pcs.
chop 2 green onions.

Grill vegetables in a grill basket until tender.
Add Balsamic vinegar to taste.
Put a vegetables on a wheat tortilla.
Top with 2 slices tomato
Top with one slice of reduced sodium cheese.
Fold Tortilla into a wrap and put on grill to melt cheese.
Enjoy!
