Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts2 packages of Subird Chow Mein Seasoning6 tablespoons soy sauce4 teaspoons sugar4 stalks of celery2 cans of sliced waterchestnuts1.5 cups broccoli1 red pepper 1 green pepper1 cup brown rice 1 large yellow onion
Directions
Cook chicken in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
prepare vegatables
stir fry vegetables
remove chicken from oven and let cool
slice up chicken
add seasoning, bring to a boil until sauce thickens
serve over rice
