Cheese biscuits

Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut oil or butter1/3 cup coconut flour4 eggs1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp baking powder1/2 cup shredded cheddar
Directions
Blend together eggs, butter, salt and onion powder. Whisk flour and baking powder together and whisk into butter mix until well blended. Fold in Cheddar cheese and drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 400F for 15 minutes. For a cheesier biscuits add 3/4 cup shredded cheddar.
