1.5lb - Lean Ground Beef or Turkey1 - 29oz can Tomato Sauce1 packet - Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix. (I prefer Wal-mart's brand over McCormicks)1lb package - Frozen Mixed VeggiesOptional:Whole Wheat Bun or Ezekiel English MuffinFat Free Cheese
Brown ground beef. Drain off grease and juice. Add rest of the ingredients. Simmer until veggies are warm all the way through.
Serve over half of whole wheat bun with a slice of fat free cheese over the top. Kids will never even notice the veggies!
