Tuna Pasta Salad w/ olives and egg

Ingredients
Chunk Light Yellowfin tuna, 1/2 cSliced ripe black olives, canned, 4 tbspCanola mayonnaise, 2 tbspHard boiled eggBarilla Whole Wheat Rotini, 2 cups cooked
Directions
Cook pasta and set aside. Concurrently, hard boil the egg (place egg in water, raise heat to high. At the boiling point reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Run under cold water and remove shell, then crush in bowl).

Add tuna, olives, mayonnaise and egg to pasta and toss. Chill and serve. Makes two servings.
