Ingredients
cream of mushroom soup 5 cupsLiptoon onion soup 4 packetsmilk 5 cupsbeef roast 5 ibs
Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients in slow cooker, mix well. Add roast, spoon mixture over top of meat, cook on lowest setting for about 12 hours.

    Both I and my hubby enjoyed this roast. Easy to fix, and the mushroom/onion gravy goes well over rice, pasta, or potatoes. Excellent... Since my roast was smaller than called for I prorated the Mushroom soup, milk, & Liption onion soup packets. Slowcooking left me lots of time for computer work - 10/9/08
