Pasta with Clam Sauce

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Olive Oil3 cloves garlic, minced1/2 cup chopped onions1 cup mushrooms, sliced1 tbsp basil1tbsp oregano3 (4 oz) cans of minced clams16 oz bag of Rotini pastaparmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions on package and drain.

Saute garlic, onions and mushrooms in olive oil. Add basil, oregano and clams (including juice). Cook on low until heated.

Can also add small shrimp or other seafood pieces.

Add mixture to pasta and stir. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top.

    Pretty good.. Next time I would add some white wine, and use a liitle less oregeno, but I would make it again! - 8/6/07
