Ingredients
# *black beans- organic and low sodium, 3 cans# *Ground Sirloin -96% Extra Lean, 8 oz # *Hunts Stewed Tomatoes Canned 14.5 oz, # *2 Cup Warm Water, # *Chilli Powder, 5 tsp (to your liking)# *Garlic Powder, 3 tsp # *cayenne pepper, 2 tsp # *Bird's Eye Frozen Corn (2/3 cup), 1 serving # *White Onion, Raw (1/2 cup), 0.5 cup
Directions
fry the onion and beef til browned then add the tomato's and all the other ingredients. Allow to cook 45 min on low heat and enjoy!
