MUSHROOM BARLEY SOUP

Ingredients
Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Yogurt, plain, low fat, 6 tbsp
Directions
Mix all ingriients together add salt and powder garlick, add about 10-12 cups of water bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour, or until vegetables and barley are tender.
Add parsley 1 tbsp of low fat sour cream or plain yogurt , when in the plate.
