3/4 cup milk1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp lemon juice2 eggs1 cup Splenda1/3 cup Bisquick Heart Smart2 packages (8 oz each) of fat free cream cheese, cut into cubes and softenedHeat oven to 350F.Place milk, vanilla, eggs, splenda, and bisquick in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed for 15 seconds. Add cream cheese and blend for another 2 minutes. Pour into a pie plate.Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean; cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
