Beef & Rice Enchiladas

10 tortillas1.5 pounds Extra Lean Beef1 pkg Spanish Rice prepared1 can enchilada sauce1 can tomato sauce1 large ripe tomato - chopped2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Combine enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and chopped tomato in sauce pan and heat.
Brown and drain ground beef.
Add Spanish Rice & 1 cup sauce to beef. Put 2/3 cup of mixture into each tortilla, topping with shredded cheese. Roll and put in ungreased 9x13 pan. Top all with the remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
