Good Housekeeping Spinach and Jack Cheese Bread Pudding

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 6 largeMilk, nonfat, 2 cupThyme, ground, .25 tbsp Salt, .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tspPepper, black, .25 tspSpinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yieldsMonterey Cheese, 1 cup, dicedNature's Own Light Honey Wheat Bread, 2 slices, 4 serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit.

Wisk together eggs, milk, salt, thyme, pepper, and nutmeg.
Tear bread and mix into egg mixture, along with cheese and spinach.

Pour mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
