1. 1 Ripe banana 2. 1 apple peeled and cored 3. 1/2 cup of mulberries (or any berry)4. 2 tbsp honey5. 1 Cup fat free milk6. whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (optional)
1. Chop the bananas and apples.
2. In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend to smooth
3. Serve with some whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top
