Light Vegetarian Goulash/Pasta Bake

Ingredients
4 oz of Ronzoni Smart Taste Rotini (dry)1/4 Cup Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese1 Cup of Ragu Pasta Sauce1/4 Cup Quorn Meatless GroundsItalian Seasoning
Directions
Boil the noodles to almost completely done (about 7-8 minutes) and dump into a casserole dish. Mix sauce, grounds, and half the cheese together. Add some Italian seasoning and mix well. Spread evenly and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. More cheese can be added if desired. Cover and cook at about 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Makes 2 large servings or 4 mini servings.
