Slow Cooker Gammon with Pineapple

750g Gammon Joint0.5 cup brown sugarsmall can pineapple in natural juice1 tbsp cornflour or thickener
Place gammon joint in slow cooker. Mix brown sugar with pineapple and juice and pour over gammon. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Remove gammon and leave to stand 10-15 minutes. Mix cornflour to paste with 2 tbsp water and stir into juices in slow cooker, cook on high to thicken. Cut off rind and fat from gammon, then carve into six portions. Spoon pineapple and juices over and serve with boiled potatoes and peas and/or beans.
