Creamy Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
8 oz. silken tofu1 cup chicken broth1 cup sauteed onions & mushrooms1 cup cooked brown rice1 tsp. sesame oil2 tsp. Braggs AminosPince of TarragonSalt & Pepper
Directions
Combine the tofu, 1/4 cup sauteed onions and mushrooms and 1/4 cup chicken broth in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. In a soup pot, combine remaining ingredients and heat to a slow boil. Pour contents from blender into soup pot and stir until heated.
