Curried Sweet Potato Salad

Ingredients
1lb of sweet potatoes peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt2 tbsp mango chutney1 tsp curry powder1/4 cup raisins1/4 cup chopped green onionsalt (to taste)
Directions
1. Place potatoes in a medium saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook until the potatoes are tender, but not mushy, about 10-15 minutes. Drain cooked potatoes.
2. While potatoes are draining, stir together remaining ingredients in a large bowl. While potatoes are warm, add to the dressing ingredients and stir evenly to coat the potatoes.
3. Chill in the refrigerator, over night if possible.
