Ingredients
3/4 pound boneless pork ribs1/2 cup Kraft Light BBQ sauce1 small onion chopped1 clove of garlic chopped1/2 cup water
Directions
Cut fat off pork and sear in pan with nonstick cooking spray and a chopped up clove of garlic. Add pork and the rest of the ingredients to crockpot/slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. Add more BBQ sauce before serving if desired. Makes two 0.375lb servings.
