Spicy Mushroom Zucchini Kabobs

Ingredients
16 mushrooms1.5 cups of slices zucchini.5 cup soy sauce.5 tsp sesame oil1 tbsp thai chili sauce (less if you don't like it too spicy)2 cloves garlicfour shish kabob sticks
Directions
Alternate mushroom then zucchini then mushroom then zucchini etc on shish kabob sticks. There should be about four pieces of each on each stick.

In a bowl mix together all other ingredients. Then pour over shish kabobs. Allow to marinate for a little while.

Then throw the kabobs on the barbeque and cook until soft and cooked throughout. Feel free to use basting brush to brush on more of the sauce while they are cooking.

Makes two servings of two kabobs.
