I love these... it's a cross between a cookie and a little granola bar (ball). They are the perfect fuel for my bicycle commute to work! - 8/2/11

I 'll have to do it again, because my new oven burns EVERYTHING, this is horrible.
But if i take most of the burnt cookie of, it's still quite nice - 3/21/11

Fantastic Recipe!! All Natural Ingrediants!! I thought they would bake up hard and crisp, but to my surprise they wre chewy and delicious. A lot like a soft granola bar. Recipe is easily adapted to your family's likes, we added mini chocolate chips. - 3/3/11

We enjoyed them, easy to make. I LOVE that it is all real- natural ingredients. We did do 1 tsp. almond extract and 2tsp. of vanilla- so the almond was not as strong. - 7/10/10
