Chocolate Oatmeal Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
1/4 c Bisquick Original Baking Mix1/4 c whole wheat flour1/2 c quick oats2 T skim milk1 T cocoa powder1/2 t cinnamon1 c Splenda
Directions
Pre-make oatmeal according to package directions. Add dry ingredients and milk to bowl. Mix well, drop onto greased cookie sheet. Top with extra Splenda and flatten with a spoon. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, depending on how chewy you want them. Cookies are done when edges are hardened, like an oatmeal bake. Serving size is one cookie
