Quick Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
3 c All Purpose Flour2 c sugar (I used splenda)2 c cold water2/3 vegetable oil1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder2 tbsp baking soda2 tbsp white vinegar1 tbsp salt1 tsp vanilla esence
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix all the ingredients till well combined (med speed aprox 3 min)
3. Pour batter in a 9x13x2 greased pan
4. Bake for 35 min or till done
