Homemade Tomato Macaroni Soup

Ingredients
1 Cup onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, chopped1 tbsp olive oil1 cup tomatoes, chopped or sliced1 can tomatoes, no sodium added1 can condensed tomato soup1/2 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp worcestershire sauce1 cup tap water1 cup low sodium fat free beef broth2 tbsp basil1 tbsp cilantro1 cup cooked elbow macaroni1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Saute onion & garlic & tomatoes in olive oil till cooked. Added everything but macaroni & cheese. Cook for 5 minutes. Process through food processor till smooth. Return to pot. Added pasta. Heat through. Serve topped with shredded cheese.
