Tuna Burgers

Ingredients
Large Can of Bumblee Tuna in Water (whole can = 5 servings)1/4-1/2 Cup of Gillian's Gluten Free Bread Crumbs1 Large Egg
Directions
Mix ingredients. Begin with 1/4 cup of bread crumbs and add more as needed (depending on how well you drained the tuna). (May add Mrs. Dash's Hamburger seasoning for taste or leave plain)
Cook on Forman grill for 5-8 minutes, until dry and crispy on the outside.
Makes 5 burgers.

Serve over a bed of spinach with salsa.
