Carmel Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 C dry steel cut oats1 C water2 Tbsp egg whites2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce1/3 apple, chopped1 Tbsp raisins1/8 tsp baking powder1-2 tsp carmel ice cream topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking pan with baking spray.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into baking pan and bake 25-30 minutes
