Sour Cream Dill Potato Salad

Ingredients
6 medium to large boiled potatoes2 Hard-cooked eggs1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped sweet pickles1 cup fat-free mayonaisse2 tsp yellow mustard1 Tbsp cider vinegar1 to 2 tsp sugar1 cup sour cream1 Tbsp Dried Dill Weedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl combine potatoes (cut into bite sizes), shredded hard-cooked eggs, onions, and pickles. In a small bowl combine the Mayonaisse, mustard, vinegar, and sugar until creamy. Adjust ingredients to taste. Add sour cream, dill weed, salt, and pepper to dressing. Add the dressing to the potato mixture and toss until well coated. Serves 12.
