Apple & Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
1 large red delicious appl, cored and cooked1 whole butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cooked2 tbsp. olive oil1/2 small onion, peeled1 garlic clove, peeled1/4 tsp. thyme10.5 oz. vegetable stocikpinch cinnamonsalt to taste
Directions
Add olive oil to sauce pan on stove top. Add onions and garlic, saute unit translucent. Ad squash and applies,m cover with 10 1/2 oz vegetable stock Add thyme. Cook until squash is tender.

Add all ingredients into the Health Master or blender. Blend until smooth.
Makes 8 1 cup servings
