Lamb and Vegetable Potjie

Lamb ChopsMixed VegetablesCoconut milk and/or flakesOilGarlicChili PepperCuminParsleyMasalaSalt to tasteWater
1) Brown lamb first in pot with water (on the stove-top). Set aside.
2) Still on the stove-top, heat oil (enough to cover the bottom of the pan), chopped garlic, and chili pepper in bottom of pan.
3) Add Vegetables, lamb, and spices to pot. Blend well, optionally adding water as desired. Place in oven at low heat and cook until veggies are soft.
