Cucumber (with peel), 0.50 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove) Radishes, 2 small (remove) Zucchini, 0.30 cup, sliced (remove) Summer Squash, 2 slice (remove) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove) Baby Carrots, raw, 2 medium (remove) Balsamic Vinegar, 0.50 tbsp (remove) kohlrabi, 1 slice, 6 serving (remove)Spinach, fresh, 15 leaf (remove)
Wash and chop all into small pieces. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar and serv chilled with indian food.
You can also add some yogurt instead of balsamic vinegar and serve it as healthy raita.
