Turkish Summer Salad

Ingredients
4 c ups romaine lettuce, chopped or torn1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced1 pint cherry or plum tomatoes, chopped3 oz. red onion, chopped3 Tbl parsley, chopped4 oz. feta cheese1/3 cup olive oiljuice of half a lemon1/2 tsp dried sumacsaltpepper
Directions
Chop all salad ingredients and toss with olive oil, lemon, feta cheese, garbanzo beans, and seasonings.

Makes eight 1-cup servings.
