That's a lot of calories for a salad. Even with the good amount of protein I think I'd be starving soon after. I think a half serving would make a nice side salad to accompany a meal. - 5/21/14

  • Try a orange - (grated orange peel + 1/4 C of orange juice + 1/2 c olive oil and 1/4 c. white balsamic vinegar as a dressing. You only need 1 Tbls or less per person. Add big chunks of watermelon - 2" in place of grapes-garbonzo & egg. Spinach and arugula + goat cheese. Different recipe but great! - 9/17/16

  • I think this is really a very high calorie salad. instead we can add more green and leafy vegetables to make more effective for those who are looking for weight loss. Thanks. Chris Dill, www.vitaliving.com, Virginia - 2/15/16

  • I added more salad greens and served two. My hubby really liked it and he isn't much of a salad eater. I plan to serve this a lot this summer. Thanks for sharing, Coach Nicole. - 4/12/13
