Ground Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients
1-1/4 LB Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1 can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup1 tbls Chopped Garlic1 cup Onion - Raw, chopped8 oz. Low Fat Sour Cream
Directions
In a non stick skillet brown the ground turkey, garlic and onion until turkey is cooked through. Add cream of mushroom soup and stir through until bubbly. Turn off heat and add sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles. Makes 4 servings.

    Very good and very easy to make, but I recommend cooking onions first then add turkey then garlic or use garlic mushroom soup. Also I used yoghurt instead of sour cream, same taste, less fattening! - 9/14/10
