Garden Sandwich with Roast Beef

Ingredients
2 slices of sourdough bread (or other bread)6 slices roast beef1/2 of an avocado1 oz sharp cheddar or your choice of cheese (sliced)4 slices of tomato 1 thin slice of onionsmall serving of mixed salad greens to top sandwich 2 tbsp red pepper humus as spread
Directions
Layer cheese onto sandwich.

Cut vegetables and spread over the two slices of the sandwich. (leave mixed salad greens until last) Layer roast beef on top.

Toast in toaster over for 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt. Top off with salad greens and humus.
