Peach Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup peach jam2 tbls. lime juice1 tbsp. soy sauce1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper1/th tsp. ground ginger
Directions
Combine ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a slow boil. Stir to keep from burning. Turn burner off 10 minutes before serving to cool. Serve sparingly (1 tbsp.) over chicken. pork or rice.

Use low or no sugar jam and low sodium soy sauce for a heathier version.
