Ingredients
* Spinach, fresh, 1 bunch (remove) * Lentils, 2 cup (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato (remove) * Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * Chili powder, 2 tsp (remove) * Garlic, 5 cloves (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * *Corn Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Salt, 2 tsp (remove) * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
take a cooker .Add chopped spinach,dal,tomato chopped and 3 cups water.cover cook on high flame then after whistle lower flame cook for 15 mins .
meanwhile,saute onions,add rest of ingredients and then after cooker has cooled down then add its content too in onions.cover and cook for 5 mins in low flame.serve hot.
