Fast Zucchini Dinner

Ingredients
1 small zucchini - cut in cubes1 small onion - sliced1 TBSP Olive Oil1 TBSP ButterSalt, Pepper, and Garlic Salt1 Large Egg3/4 cup cooked brown rice
Directions
Heat olive oil and butter in skillet, add zucchini & onion and season with salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and softened.
Heat rice in a small skillet, add one beaten egg, and cook until egg is done.
Place rice & egg on plate, add zucchini mixture on top, sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese on top, and enjoy.
