Turkey Sausage Ragu

Ingredients
1 tsp coconut or olive oil4 turkey sausages, casings removes 1 small can tomato paste1 cup low sodium chicken broth1/2 onion, chopped2 tsp dried oregano2 tsp balsamic vinegar2 tbsp brown sugar (not packed)couple good DASHES of cayenne pepper
Directions
Heat oil in a medium size skillet. Add sausage and brown. Add onion and cook until onions are transparent. Add tomato paste and chicken broth. Stir to blend. Add spices. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
Serve on pasta or gnocchi.
