Strawberry Lemon Cream Cheese Dessert Cups

12 Wonton Wrappers1Tbsp Olive Oil8oz Package Light or Fat Free Cream Cheese (Strawberry or Plain)1/2 tsp Vanilla ExtractJuice of 1/2 a Lemon6 Fresh Strawberries sliced into quarters or halves.As desired: sweet n low and lemon zest
Brush wonton wrappers on both sides with olive oil. Place into muffin pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cook at 350 for 5-8 minutes until golden brown.
For filling, mix together cream cheese, vanilla extract, lemon juice, zest of 1/2 lemon, and sweet n low as desired.
Remove wonton bowls from oven and let cool completely. Fill with cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Garnish each with two strawberry quarters and lemon zest.
