Ingredients
*Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 3 cups Salt, .25 tsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 2 tsp Tomato Paste, 2oz
Directions
Saute rice in the olive oil for 2-3 mins on high heat. Add broth, salt, tomato paste, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 55 minutes.

    This turned out alright after I made changes. I knew it had too much liquid in it, so I reduced the amount of water to 2 cups. I also added green pepper and onion to add a little flavor and color to the dish. My family liked this recipe. - 9/18/10
