Ingredients
1 bunch Broccoli raw or lightly steamed1/3 cup Olive Oil1/3 cup balsamic vinegar1 tbsp Honey 1 carrot, thinly sliced2 radishes, thinly sliced 1 small shallot, thinly sliced
Directions
Mix vinegar, oil, shallots and honey together, pour over vegetables. Refridgerate 1 hour or more.
