Raspberries, .25 cup (remove)Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .25 cup, thawed (remove)Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .25 cup, unthawed (remove)Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)Mott's Apple Juice, 4 oz (remove)Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving (remove)
Directions
Put dry uncooked oatmeal in blender and blend until it's a fine powder. Add fruits and apple juice and blend until all contents are smooth.
