Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
1 cup Kraft Light Mayonnaise 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup splenda3 cups (+ or -) broccoli florets rinsed well and dried - broken into small pieces3/4 cup shredded carrots3/4 cup raisins1/4 cup chopped red onionRed wine vinegar, kosher salt & fresh cracked black pepperHormel real bacon bits or Turkey bacon crumbledSunflower seeds OR slivered almonds
Directions
Night before or early in day (at least 6 hours prior to serving) mix sugar and mayo well. Cover and put in fridge.

One to two hours before serving, remove mayo/sugar mixture from fridge and stir well. Add broccoli, carrots, raisins and onions and mix well. Add a few dashes of red wine vinegar and salt & pepper to taste, stir well.

Just before serving add nuts and bacon bits and mix well.
