Basic crepe

Ingredients
Flour, white, .67 cup (remove)Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 largeWater, tap, .25 cup Salt, 1 dash Trader Joe's Organic Soy Milk, Unsweetened, .25 cup Granulated Sugar, .125 cup Powdered Sugar, .17 cup, unsifted
Directions
Makes 5 crepes.
Sift and mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another. Whisk dry ingredients into wet. Pour small amount onto hot pan with flat bottom, flip when fully opaque. Keep a close eye on them: they cook (and burn!) quickly.
A couple of serving suggestions: top with a bit of lemon juice and sugar, or fresh berries.
