Spaghetti & meatball soup

Ingredients
1Tbsp olive oil1cube of garlic85g carrots95g celery26g onion1can diced tomatoes2c vegetable broth6ounce ground turkey1/4c pankos bread crumb3Tbsp liquid egg whts3Tbsp parmesan cheese1.5tsp dried basil2ounce whole wheat spaghetti (dry)
Directions
sautee oil, garlic, carrots, onions, and celery in a pot stir occasionally.
add tomatoes and broth bring to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes
meanwhile, make meatballs
combine turkey, bread crumbs, basil, egg whts, and cheese
make about 12 meatballs brown in a pan
add spaghetti and meatballs to broth
simmer for 10 minutes
this makes 3 servings with 4 meatballs each
