1 small pita bread, 57g, "Pita Gourmet" Pizza Sauce (Gattuso), 2 Tbsp Onions, raw, 1 Tbsp chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 2 Tbsp choppedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1/4 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 Tbsp Red Peppers, sweet, chopped, 2 Tbsp green onion, 1.5 tsp 2 leaves fresh basil, cut smallMozarella, part skim 50 g; approx 2 oz or 3/4 cup
Top pita with sauce;
Chop all veggies small then place on pita;
add fresh ground pepper/crushed chillies (if desired);
Then carefully top with cheese.
Bake hot (400) in oven or toaster-oven till cheese is golden.
