Sesame Bean Sprouts

Ingredients
8 oz Bean Sprouts1/2 C Water1 LG Scallion1/2 clove Garlic1 1/2 oz Sesame Seeds1 1/2 tsp Sesame Oilsalt
Directions
Boil the sprouts in water for 3-4 minutes until tender. Transfer to a strainer and rinse with cold water. Drain and squeeze out excess liquid.
Mix the sprouts and all other ingredients in a bowl. Serve
warm or cold-
