Chicken Ranch Pasta

Ingredients
1 box Ronzini Smart Taste Rotini2 chicken breast (from Golden Plump pkg)1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Mix16 oz (8 tbs) of Daisy Light Sour Cream1 medium red bell pepper3 tbsp fresh chopped chives4 oz low fat pepper jack cheese
Directions
Boil pasta (the drain and rinse with cool water)
Boil chicken (then shred)
Cube cheese
Slice red peppers
Chop chives

Mix ranch packet and sour cream in with pasta. Mix in chicken, cheese, red peppers, and chives. Serve cold.

Makes 8 3/4-cup servings.
