Black bean pineapple salsa

Ingredients
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained1 cup pineapple, diced1 cup red onion, diced1/4 cup mint, minced (or to taste)1 clove garlic, finely minced1 tsp ginger, grated (or to taste)Juice of one small lime
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Chill in fridge before serving.
