Sara's Deviled Eggs

salt, pepper and paprika are to taste.
1. Place eggs (raw) into saucepan and cover with cold water until water level is 1/4 inch above eggs. Heat eggs to rolling boil, turn off heat and let set for 15 minutes. Drain water, roll eggs around saucepan to crack them slightly, then cover with cold water and let set for another 15 minutes. Peel and half eggs. Place yolks in medium bowl.
2. Place remaining ingredients (minus paprika) into bowl with yolks and mix to combine with no lumps. Spoon evenly into wholes in egg halves. Top with paprika.
Makes 6 1/2-egg portions.
