Salsa Chicken

  • Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts1 jar of salsa (you only need about 1/2-3/4 of jar)mustardseasonings (whatever you prefer. Ex. tonys, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc....)
Directions
Place 4 chicken breasts in skillet. sprinkle seasonings on each piece of chicken. Squeeze a little mustard on each piece of chicken, not a lot or it will taste too mustard-like. Pour salsa all over the chicken and a little in the bottom of the skillet that the chicken isn't covering. Pour about 1/2 c. to a cup of water in skillet. Cook on about medium heat until chicken is done, or tender. If all water cooks out and the chicken isn't done yet then add more water but it might cook out and be done. When done, take out of skillet and while warm.
Serving size: 1 chicken breast.
